Custom orders
As of August 2007 I require a 50$ NON refundable downpayment on all custom orders. This is to cover
some of the time and materials being lost from inconsitant customers. Payment in full upon completion up to 45 days at which time the item will be offerd to the public for sale. The original customer may still purchase the item at full price (downpayment will still be forfit)

Shipping and Handling
I attempt to ship your order as soon as its complete. I will offer tracking number if possible. All shipping and handling is actual cost.

I offer the following shipping methods:

Standard UPS Ground
UPS Second Day
UPS Overnite
US Mail

Delivery
Delivery time is dependant as per order. Each item is truly a custom piece and I wont rush a order just to get it done, Its either done right or not at all. Typically 4 weeks is average

Warranty
I will resharpen my customers knives on request when and IF its ever needed free of charge with customer paying the cost of shipping both ways. Generally this wont happen as a light stropping is all that is needed in most cases but when and if a total hone is needed feel free to send them to me.

Returns
If not totally satisfied with your item, full refund will be given upon reasonable request. Void if I feel the item was broken on purpose or misused in anyway. Its a knife, not a screw driver, hammer or pry bar.
